David A. Fullenkamp, O.D.
As The Eye Center Group's Director of Optometric Primary
Care, Dr. David Fullenkamp provides a wide range of eye care services
to his patients. He performs complete eye examinations, which include
specialties in: glasses, contact lenses, eye diseases, and family
optometry. Dr. Fullenkamp has practiced optometry in East Central
Indiana since 1985. In 1997, he merged his practice with The Eye
Center Group and formed the Portland Eye Center.
Education and Training
Dr. Fullenkamp graduated from Indiana Univeristy
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He also earned his Doctor
of Optometry degree from Indiana University in Bloomington. Dr.
Fullenkamp has completed externships at Illinois Street Clinic in
Indianapolis, Indiana; Chanute Air Force Base Optometric Clinic
in Chanute, Illinois; Cleveland V.A. Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio;
and the Indiana University School of Optometry contact lens research
clinic in Bloomington, Indiana.
Dr. Fullenkamp is a member of the American Optometric
Association, Indiana Optometric Association and the East Central
Optometric Society.
Dr. Fullenkamp provides:
